PREP Volunteer Form

Thank you for registering your child in our PREP program. To document your volunteer time, please use either the ONLINE VOLUNTEER VERIFICATION FORM or the form below to keep track of your volunteer hours. Parents of PREP students are asked to complete twenty combined parish volunteer hours. In addition, students in Confirmation Year 2 must also individually complete twenty volunteer hours at the parish. Opportunities to volunteer include:

  • Assisting at PREP classes - requires background clearance
  • Becoming a lector, Minister of Holy Communion, member of the choir, or presenting the multimedia at Mass - requires background clearance
  • Volunteering in the Gift Shop
  • Volunteering with the Church Mice – help clean the church on Thursday morning
  • Helping with the Pumpkin Patch in October
  • Helping with the Christmas Village doing setup, working the festival, or doing the tear down
  • Parish Pride Day – help to beautify the campus grounds

Please hand in your Volunteer Form to the PREP office when completed.
