Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! 
Marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman
and requires time and planning. 
Please allow six months to complete the paperwork.  

If you are already civilly married and would like to convalidate your marriage 
in the Catholic Church, please allow four months for preparation.

Please note that a wedding date cannot be set until
the initial interview is completed with a priest.

O God, who in creating the human race
willed that man and wife should be one,
keep, we pray, in a bond of inseparable love
those who are united in the covenant of Marriage,
so that, as you make their love fruitful,
they may become, by your grace, witnesses to charity itself.
